OTAK - fish paste (usually mackerel) with a mixture of spices wrapped in banana leaf. The fish meat is spicy.

Bee Hoon or rice vermicelli and some colourful Nyoya kueh. One of the kueh is filled with banana paste, nice! I am not sure what it is called exactly. - what is Nyoya kueh :

Mee siam - is a dish of thin rice noodles (vermicelli) in spicy, sweet and sour light gravy.

Soon Kueh (笋粿) is a steamed dumpling made of yam and tapioca flour with shredded bamboo shoots, turnips, mushrooms,fungus, pork and dried shrimps as filling.
